1. What does Assist include ?

Assist is packaged as a 'platform-as-a-service'. In other words, we provide the hardware needed to deliver our service, including VOIP phones, wireless access points, switches, firewalls, servers, and more. We also unify vendor management, provide modern business messaging apps, and act as a single I.T. assistant for your entire organization.

2. What does Assist not include?

Assist does not cover end-user device support (things like computers, mobile phones, printers, etc.). We do provide basic advice and assistance on finding common solutions to device trouble. However, in the event a device requires hands-on attention (remotely or on-site), we have repair services available at additional, low, one-time costs.

3. How are subscription seats sold?

We calculate subscription seats for Assist & Assist+ based on the number of employees in the organization. Assist+Voice is calculated by the number of voice end-points you need (phones, fax machines or otherwise). Every seat is sold as a 1-year subscription with monthly installments. Each seat can be paused for up to 6-months if needed.

4. Does Assist scale easily with my business?

Yes. You can add or remove subscription seats as the business changes, and the technology we provide will be modified appropriately. Hire a new employee? Simply hit us up on your company messenger. We'll adjust the subscription, ship any needed hardware and walk the new person through everything they need to do their work effectively.

5. What does 'Unified Vendor Management' mean?

During initial onboarding, Assist will gather any tech related vendor details (printer services, Internet providers, existing voice providers, etc. ). We then add ourselves as an authorized admin contact and manage the relationships between you and your vendors. No more hunting down who to call or having to deal with crappy phone support service. Simply message Assist and we'll take care of the rest.

6. What is modern business messaging?

Business messaging is a new internal communication platform based on live chat. It's a centralized location for instant messaging across your entire organization. You can share files, collaborate on projects, create teams, and get help from Assist, all instantly. You can keep track of your history so nothing gets said twice and everything can be looked up later. Here at 32Waves, we use Slack.com. We love it and is generally what we use with new clients.
